FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document her pregnancy journey. The workouts will build Mom's mental and physical endurance, strengthen her body, and prepare her for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientific-based, purposeful, and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time! We will bring in local experts to teach us about maternal mental health, pelvic floor health, and many other topics you want to learn about during your pregnancy. Topics will vary from session to session.


Participants will need to wear appropriate exercise clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel (optional).
